1. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on okbet.cc, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) and are at least 21 years of age.

okbet.cc reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by okbet.cc may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on okbet.cc. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses therein.

2. Age Restriction and Verification

5. Bonuses and Promotions

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

• All bets are final once confirmed. okbet.cc will not cancel or reverse bets except in cases of obvious technical error or system malfunction.

okbet.cc does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. You use the Platform at your own risk.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI).

The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, in the English language. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties. Notwithstanding the foregoing, okbet.cc reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of its intellectual property rights.
